These terms govern your use of zUdyog (“the service”, zudyog.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. zUdyog does not currently process payments or sell any paid product — these terms cover the free community/learning platform as it exists today.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password secure.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Content you post
- You keep ownership of lessons, comments, diagrams, and other content you create on zUdyog.
- By posting content, you give zUdyog a license to display it on the platform — to other members if it's in a private community, or publicly (including to logged-out visitors and search engines) if it's in a public community — for as long as your content remains on the service.
- You're responsible for content you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Lesson diagrams and uploaded images must be your own work or something you have the right to use.
Community conduct
Don't use zUdyog to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
- Post spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, communities, or data that isn't yours
Community owners and moderators can remove content or members from the communities they manage. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep zUdyog available and performant, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, and we may change or discontinue features.
Third-party sign-in
If you sign in with Google, that connection is also governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy — zUdyog only receives the profile information Google shares with us for authentication.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use zUdyog after a change means you accept the updated terms.
